Only a few steps to your new business partners
1 Register via the green button "Register now"
- Add contact and organisation details as requested.
- Choosing the time zone is particularly relevant when attending onlien meetings.
- Display what you are looking for. You can add several requests.
- Select your sessions. Here you can indicate the time framework when you will be available to meet other participants.
Your profile will be visible before, during and after the event.
TIP: The more detailed your entries are the more suitable meeting requests you will receive.
2 Look for suitable suppliers
- Browse the IPD exporter profiles via "Participants" or "Meet the IPD exporters" and find out who is offering the products you are looking for.
3 Request meeting
- Meeting requests should be accepted or declined. Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled.
- Shortly before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
- You can view date/time of your meetings via the Menu “Meetings” at any time.
4 Meet via videocall
- Go to your "Meetings" and click on the green camera button "Meeting starts in ..."
The video call feature of your browser will open.
TIP: Access the web platform and be online at least 5-10 minutes before your meetings start. A watch is indicating the remaining meeting time. The meeting will not end once the time runs out, but keep in mind that there might be another meeting scheduled afterwards.
Technical preparation
- The video tool is already integrated onto this website.
- Check your audio quality, using headphones if possible.
- Use a good webcam to improve the image quality.
